Mohammed Sani Bello has served in several command and administrative
positions in the Army and Government. He is a former Governor of Kano
State and was Nigerian High Commissioner to Zimbabwe. His business interests
include banking, telecommunication, agriculture and education. He is
on the board of several companies.

Professor Emmanuel Edozien, OFR
Professor Edozien is a former Professor of Development & International
Economics at the University of Ibadan. He also served as the Economic
Adviser to the President of Nigeria for over 3 years. He has consulted
for the World Bank, the Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation, Federal
and State Government and multinational companies and is on the board
of several companies, including Union Bank of Nigeria Limited and Paterson
Zochonis Industries Plc.

Tunde J. Afolabi, MFR
Tunde Afolabi is the founding Managing Director of the company. A professional
Geologist with over 30 years of oil and gas exploration and production
experience from international companies. He is a member of the American
Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), a past President of the
Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) and a council
member of the Nigerian Association of Indigenous Production and Exploration
Companies (NAIPEC).

Jorgensen
Erik
Jorgensen, worked in Shell’s global M&A team as well as Shell Capital,
working on debt and equity
investments
and hybrid structures for growth for oil and gas companies in emerging
markets. His final Shell
post
was managing the Company’s cross border natural gas business in
Denmark
. In 2005, Erik joined
Standard
Bank Plc as a senior originator and energy finance advisor in the global
oil & gas business,
becoming
Head of Oil & Gas (Africa; Europe; Asia;
Middle East
), main deal manager and focus for
proposed
transactions. A Chartered Engineer and FSA-registered Investment
Advisor, he holds a
Corporate
Finance Qualification from the
Institute
of
Chartered Accountants
in
England
&
Wales
, as well as
a
BEng from
Imperial
College
and an MSc from
Cranfield
University.
Erik joined Amni in 2007.
