General Manager External Relations
Wale Olafisan

Wale Olafisan holds a Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Benin (1986). He has over 25 years of oilfield experiences in drilling/completion, production and terminal operations, facilities engineering, contract administration and project management. He has attended various oil & gas and management courses within and outside Nigeria. He joined Amni in February 1995. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (SPE), NAPE and he is an associate member of NIM.

General Manager Operations
Gordon Mearns

He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Transport and Logistics Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). He has over 18 years of broad international experience in management positions with a number of oil companies including BHP Petroleum and BP. Most recently since 2005, he established AGR-Asia Pacific’s offshore Oil and Gas operations group specializing in FPSO developments in South East Asia . He was also General Manager of Amni from 2000 to 2003, responsible for base operations, including the management of blocks OML 112 and 117.  

 

General Manager Finance
Immanuel Iwunze

He holds a first degree from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a member of the International Academy of Financial Modeling. He has had a distinguished career in Financial Management some of which has been in a “big 4” professional practice practice environment. His Oil and Gas industry professional experience includes an over 15 years career in Shell.

Deputy General Manager Audit
Augustine E. Elikwu

He holds a Higher Diploma in Accounting from the Polytechnic of Calabar, and an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a fellow member of the institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI), and also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM). He has over 23 years of cumulative accounting experience from the manufacturing, banking, insurance and oil & gas industries.

 

Deputy General Manager HR/Admin
Abdulkadir Musa

He holds a B.Sc degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, and an MBA from the University of Benin. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Bankers of Nigeria and institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He has held various administrative and personnel management roles in the manufacturing, banking and telecommunications industries.

Assistant General Manager Operations
Bello Janbako Muhammad

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria (1988) and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the same University in 1996. He has many years of oilfield experiences particularly in production and terminal operations. He has attended various oil & gas and management courses within and outside Nigeria. He joined Amni in February 1997. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSCHE), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.

Assistant General Manager Corporate Affairs
Linda Edozien

She holds a B.Sc degree from the University of Bradford, Yorkshire, England and an MBA from Middlesex Business School, England. She joined the company in December 1995.

Commercial Manager  

Jeremy Salthouse  

He holds a BSc from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and an MBA from the Open University Business School ( UK ). He joined Amni after six years at Standard Bank Plc, most recently as a Manager within the Oil & Gas team, focusing on equity and debt financing of companies operating within the emerging markets. Prior to this, he worked in positions involving commodity and trade finance

Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
Tunde Banjo

He has a law degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Masters Degree in Petroleum and Mineral Law, Policy and Economics from the University of Dundee, Scotland. He is a member of the Energy Institute and the Section on Energy and Resources Law of the International Bar Association. He has over 10 years experience as a legal practitioner.
